What equipment does the kitchen come with?
Stoves, ovens, convection oven, commercial microwaves, fridges, ice machine, blender/mixer, counters, commercial dishwasher, and two double sinks among other features.
Do I need to bring my own pots and pans?
We have a basic stock but we would encourage bringing small supplies or utensils. We will keep adding more items gradually as kitchen operations establish themselves.
Is there cold storage?
There are fridges and freezers in the kitchen that renters can use during food preparation, but not for long-term storage.
Is it accessible?
Yes – it is at-grade, with push-button doors and several accessible counters.
Can I rent it when other things are happening in the building?
Sometimes – not during Market Days, though. Ask staff for more information.
