Is there a projector and a screen in the space?
There is a projector available (stored in the Market Coffee shop) and a blank white wall to project on. The Community Room has an HDMI compatible large screen that can be utilized for meetings.
Do you have any other workshop equipment such as flip charts and markers?
No – renters must provide their own.
How many can fit in the room?
Tables and chairs: 45 people
Standing/chairs combination: 60 peopleCan we bring outside food into a meeting?
Renters may bring their own food for events. However, as a great alternative, some of our vendors are able to cater. This includes everything from meeting snacks to full meals and desserts. Check with us for available options.
